Chapel Trail

The Chapel Trail takes you to the stunning Chapel of the Holy Cross, and then through some stunning Sedona red rock. It's a short hike, very rocky, but if you're active it's a cute little trail!

Devil’s Bridge

Devil’s Bridge is a moderate hike, good for active families. After a couple of trips to Sedona, this unique natural wonder remains one of my favorite trails in the Southwest. It is a heavily trafficked trail but offers spectacular views of red rock country. If you’re looking for adventure – this is the hike for your family.

Length: 3.9 miles.

Montezuma Castle National Monument

Located 40 minutes south of Sedona, the historic Montezuma castle is the perfect pit-stop between Phoenix and Sedona. These incredibly preserved dwellings are etched into the cliff side and remain largely undisturbed due to their high and difficult location.

An easy, paved trail takes you through the remains of these castles. Then, 11 miles away you can visit the Montezuma Well. Here, a community of 150 or so cliff dwellers created their community within the rocks surrounding an unusual lake in the Arizona desert.
