As someone who has made a career out of travel writing, it's deeply shocking to me that it took over 30 years to get to Mexico. I know, I know. I'm embarrassed for me. That said, I'm deeply grateful that my first trip to this vibrant country was Puerto Vallarta. I was only here a short time, but I'll highlight a few of my favorite things to do in Puerto Vallarta.
